These terms cover Maywood U-Store-It's website, tenant portal, and text messaging program. Your storage rental itself is governed by your rental agreement with PECK INVESTMENTS LLC. Use of the tenant portal software is also subject to the Stowlane Tenant Terms of Use.

1. Text messaging program

  • Program. Maywood U-Store-It account alerts, sent by PECK INVESTMENTS LLC.
  • What you receive. Account and service texts about your own unit, such as payment receipts, rent reminders, past-due notices, and autopay alerts. We do not send marketing texts.
  • How to join. Texting is optional and off by default. You turn it on yourself in our tenant portal: sign in, open Notifications, check "Text messages (SMS)", and press "Save preferences". It is never a condition of renting a unit, paying, or signing a rental agreement. Replying START only resumes texts for someone who opted in that way and later turned texts off, by replying STOP or in the portal.
  • Frequency. Message frequency varies with your account activity.
  • Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You can also turn texts off in the tenant portal.
  • Help. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
  • Delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy. How we handle your mobile number and consent is described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

2. Using this website and the tenant portal

Use this website and the tenant portal only to rent, manage, and pay for your own storage. Keep your sign-in private, and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Information on this website, including unit sizes, availability, and prices, can change; your rental agreement controls.

3. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
